Hrvoje Pauković, M. Sc.

• Hrvoje Pauković, M. Sc. was born on 18 January 1974 in Rijeka. He graduated in law at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka in 1997, and gained the title of Master of Science in 2010.

  After his graduation from the Faculty of Law in 1997 he was engaged as a trainee to the bar at the Law Firm ‘Pauković-Kovačević-Koren-Pende’ in Rijeka, where he remained until 2001. He passed his bar exam in 2000. From May 2001 to December 2006 he was employed at Croatia osiguranje d.d., first as Head of the Legal Assistance and Legal Representation Department (until April 2003), and then as Head of the Sector for Legal, Human Resources and General Affairs.

  Since 2007 Mr. Pauković has held the position of Managing Director of the Croatian Insurance Bureau.

  In June 2014 he was elected Vice President of the Council of Bureaux (Brussels) for a four-year term (2014-2017). He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Insurance Europe (IE) and member of the Management Committee of the Institute for European Traffic Law (IETL).
